Your PLCBO ritual, delivered.

We know that when you order something for your routine, you want it to arrive without the chase. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we process, pack and ship your order.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the UK, EU and US.

Available delivery options, estimated timeframes and shipping costs will be shown at checkout based on your location.

UK Shipping

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Estimated delivery times and costs will be shown at checkout.

Next Day Delivery

Next Day Delivery is available on eligible UK orders.

To receive your order the next working day, please place your order before 1pm, Monday to Friday.

Orders placed after 1pm may be processed the following working day.

If you place an order on Saturday and select Next Day Delivery, your order will arrive on Monday.

Please note that bank holidays, courier delays and peak periods may occasionally affect delivery times.

EU & US Shipping

We ship PLCBO orders to selected locations across the EU and US.

Delivery times and shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes or local charges depending on your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Subscription Orders

If you choose a PLCBO subscription, your first order will be shipped after you place your order, just like a standard purchase.

After that, your subscription will renew based on the frequency you selected at checkout.

If you choose a 30-day subscription, your next order will be processed around 30 days after your first order.

If you choose a 90-day subscription, your next order will be processed around 90 days after your first order.

This is designed to keep your routine consistent, so you do not have to think about running out.

You can manage, pause or cancel your subscription through your customer account before your next billing date.

Delivery Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions or free shipping over a certain spend. Any available shipping offers will be shown clearly at checkout.

Pre-Orders

If you purchase a pre-order product, the estimated dispatch date will be stated on the product page.

If your order contains both a pre-order item and an in-stock item, they may be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready. If we are able to split your shipment, we’ll let you know.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.

Please allow a little time for tracking details to update after your dispatch email has been sent.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at hello@plcbo.studio with your order number. We’ll do our best to update it before dispatch, but once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.

Delays

We always aim to get your order to you as smoothly as possible, but delays can occasionally happen due to couriers, peak periods, bank holidays, customs or circumstances outside of our control.

If your order is taking longer than expected, please check your tracking link first. If you still need help, contact us at hello@plcbo.studio and we’ll look into it for you.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your tracking says your order has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbours, household members, your building concierge or any safe place around your delivery address.

If you still can’t locate it, contact us at [hello@plcbo.studio with your order number and we’ll help you investigate.
