Throughout these Terms, “PLCBO”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Vita Studio Ltd. “You” and “your” refer to the customer or website user.

2. Our Products

PLCBO creates food supplement products designed to support daily wellness and performance routines.

Our products are not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.

You should not use our products as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet, healthy lifestyle or medical advice.

Always read the product label, ingredients, directions for use and warnings before taking any PLCBO product.

3. Health & Safety Information

Our products are designed for adults.

You should speak to a qualified healthcare professional before using any PLCBO product if you:

Are pregnant or breastfeeding
Are taking medication
Have a medical condition
Are sensitive to caffeine, stimulants or any listed ingredients
Have allergies or intolerances
Are unsure whether the product is suitable for you

Do not exceed the recommended daily serving stated on the product packaging.

4. Product Information

We do our best to ensure that all product descriptions, images, ingredients, prices and availability are accurate and up to date.

However, product packaging, colours, formulas, ingredients or presentation may occasionally vary slightly from images or descriptions shown on our website.

5. Eligibility to Purchase

By placing an order with PLCBO, you confirm that:

You are legally allowed to purchase the products in your location
You will use the products responsibly and in line with the instructions provided

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where we believe these conditions have not been met.

6. Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not mean your order has been accepted.

Your order is accepted once we dispatch it.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

Product unavailability
Payment issues
Incorrect pricing or product information
Suspected fraud or misuse
Delivery restrictions
Breach of these Terms

If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will refund you using your original payment method.

7. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout.

Prices may change from time to time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payment must be made at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details are correct and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

8. Discount Codes & Promotions

From time to time, we may offer discount codes, promotions or launch offers.

Discount codes:

Must be used before they expire
Cannot usually be applied retrospectively
Cannot be exchanged for cash
May be limited to certain products, customers, regions or order values
May not be used in conjunction with other offers unless stated

We reserve the right to amend, pause or withdraw a promotion at any time where necessary.

9. Subscriptions

PLCBO may offer subscription options for selected products.

When you purchase a subscription, your first order will be processed and shipped after you place your order, just like a standard purchase.

After your first order, your subscription will renew according to the frequency you selected at checkout.

If you choose a 30-day subscription, your next order will be processed around 30 days after your first order.

If you choose a 90-day subscription, your next order will be processed around 90 days after your first order.

Your selected payment method will be charged automatically for each renewal unless you pause, skip or cancel your subscription before the next billing date.

You can manage, pause, skip or cancel your subscription through your customer account.

It is your responsibility to make changes before your next billing date. Once a subscription order has been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to cancel it. If the order has already been shipped, our Returns & Refunds Policy will apply.

We may contact you before making any material changes to your subscription, including price changes, product changes or frequency changes.

10. Shipping

We currently ship to the UK, EU and US.

Delivery options, timeframes and costs will be shown at checkout based on your delivery location.

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days, unless otherwise stated.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

11. Next Day Delivery

Next Day Delivery may be available on eligible UK orders.

To receive your order the next working day, please place your order before 1pm, Monday to Friday.

Orders placed after 1pm may be processed the following working day.

Orders placed on a Saturday with Next Day Delivery selected will arrive on Monday, unless affected by courier delays, bank holidays or circumstances outside our control.

12. International Orders, Duties & Taxes

For orders outside the UK, you may be required to pay customs fees, import duties, taxes or other local charges.

Unless clearly stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, border checks or local delivery services.

It is your responsibility to check whether our products can be lawfully imported into your country before placing an order.

13. Returns & Refunds

Because PLCBO products are ingestible supplements, returns are handled in line with health, hygiene and safety standards.

For change-of-mind returns, products must be unopened, unused, in their original packaging and with the tamper seal fully intact.

We cannot accept returns for opened supplements unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

14. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@plcbo.studio with your order number and photos of the issue.

If the product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund, replacement or store credit.

15. Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to help, but once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to cancel it.

For subscription cancellations, you must cancel or amend your subscription through your customer account before your next billing date.

16. Your Account

You may be able to create a customer account on our website.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that takes place under your account.

Please contact us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts where we suspect fraud, misuse or breach of these Terms.

17. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website.

You must not:

Use our website for unlawful purposes
Attempt to interfere with the website’s security or functionality
Copy, scrape or extract website content without permission
Upload malicious code or viruses
Use our website in a way that could damage PLCBO or other users

19. User Content, Reviews & Testimonials

If you submit a review, testimonial, comment, photo, video or other content to PLCBO, you confirm that it is accurate, lawful and your own content to share.

You grant us permission to use, reproduce, edit and display that content for marketing, website, email, social media and promotional purposes.

We reserve the right to remove or refuse to publish content that we consider offensive, misleading, unlawful or inappropriate.

20. Email & Marketing

If you sign up to our newsletter or marketing communications, we may send you emails about PLCBO products, launches, offers and brand updates.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails.

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Subject to this, PLCBO will not be responsible for:

Losses that were not foreseeable
Losses caused by misuse of our products
Losses caused by failure to follow product instructions or warnings
Business losses, loss of profit, loss of revenue or loss of opportunity
Delays or failures caused by events outside our control

Our products are supplied for personal use only and not for resale unless agreed in writing.

We will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations where this is caused by events outside our reasonable control.

This may include courier delays, customs delays, strikes, supply chain disruption, natural disasters, extreme weather, technical issues, government restrictions or other events beyond our control.

The latest version will always be available on our website.

The Terms that apply to your order will be the Terms in place at the time you placed your order, unless a change is required by law.

25. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer living outside England and Wales, you may also have mandatory rights under the laws of your country or region. Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove rights you are legally entitled to.
